Obituary
Alice Ates was born July 18,1967 in Oakland,California. After the family moved to Tyler, she attended Boulter Middle School and was a graduate of John Tyler High School.
Alice was a licensed cosemtologist in the Tyler area. She loved doing hair, music, cooking, and family gatherings, especially with her grandchildren.
She leaves as survivors: Four Sons, Dawalus Gaston, Collister Ekwuruke, Marshall Ekwuruke and Christopher Ekwuruke. One Sister, Marilyn Ates; 12 grandchildren and many friends.
