Bertha Lee Duncan was born August 6, 1949 to Fonzell (Jack) Duncan and Irine Duncan in Arp, Texas. She worshiped at Liberty Baptist Church in Arp, Texas.

Bertha attended Arp Schools and was a graduate of Arp High School Class of 1967.

She was employed by Arp Independent School District and worked at the junior high school for 24 years until she retired

Bertha was preceded in death by her parents, sister Orabell Roy, and brothers Ezell Duncan and Hearly Duncan.

She leaves to cherish her memories, sister

Earline Gipson and husband Richard of Tyler, TX., her favorite niece Jeanne Muldrew. A host of other nieces, nephews, cousins and lifelong friends.
