Brenda Cobb Lynch was born on October 11, 1967, to the beautiful union of Herman and Katherine Cobb in Tyler, TX. Brenda accepted Christ at an early age and was baptized at Universal Heights Church of Christ. She attended Chapel Hill High School where she became a cheerleader, a Chapel Hill Highlighter, and a track star in the 100-meter dash race. Her senior year of high school, she won best dressed and graduated in the class of 1986. Brenda was truly the definition of style and grace. After graduation, Brenda attended Tyler Junior College and married Randy Fitzgerald Lynch in 1998. Shortly after, they moved to Dallas, Texas after the birth of their first child Alexia Lynch. Brenda received her formal education at Letourneau University, DeVry University, and Dallas Baptist University. She then welcomed a second child, Brett Lynch born in 2003; and later welcomed her third child Caitlyn Lynch born in 2009.
Brenda had a solid work ethic with a strong background in healthcare. In 2004, she started working at Parkland Hospital and was promoted to her final position as Senior HIM Data Integrity Analyst. She was a devoted mother to her beautiful kids and always had them in her best interest. She always sacrificed her needs for the good of her family and always made them a priority. She truly was a fighter and never gave up despite any obstacle that came her way.
Brenda had a loving heart with a contagious spirit that surrounded any room she walked in. Brenda was a selfless, hardworking mother who always had a smile on her face, even through the toughest times. She had a strength like no other and was grounded in her faith. Finding new recipes to cook, attending football games and cherishing the moments with her family was what she enjoyed.
She is survived by her children Alexia Lynch, Brett Lynch, and Caitlyn Lynch, her loving parents Herman Cobb, and Katherine Cobb , her sister; Sheila Thompson,nieces;Valenceia Cobb, Whitney Thompson, her nephew Wesley Thompson and a host of other relatives and friends.
