Camron Jerell Hawkins was born April 17, 1990 in Mt. Pleasant, TX to Frankie Layne and Sherleen Hawkins.
He was raised in Pittsburg, TX until the age of six, then he moved to Tyler, TX where he attended Birdwell Elementary, Dogan Middle School,and John Tyler High School.
Hawk was the youngest of four siblings. He would always brighten up your day with a joke. He loved to cook, play football, basketball, and spend time with his family and friends. His four daughters were the apple of his eye.
He was preceded in death by his father, Frankie Layne Hawkins; maternal grandparents, Sam and Della Mae Duffey;paternal grandparents, Maurice and Willie Mae Hawkins; and sister, Laketta Hawkins.
His memory will be cherished by, his mother and stepfather, Sherleen and Kennedy Collins, Tyler, TX; one brother, Christopher Duffey (LaCrystal), Tyler, TX; two sisters, Shaniquia Hawkins, Tyler, TX and Sheritta Jones, Longview, TX; four daughters, Karmarria Kennedy, Zariyah Hawkins, Kameryn Hawkins, and Germaine Hawkins, all of Tyler, TX; Special friend, Vontrice Overshown, Tyler, TX; two aunts, Laura Dennis (Steve), Las Vegas, NV and Melba Hawkins-Smith, Dallas, TX; three uncles, Joe Duffey, Pittsburg, TX; Patrick Hawkins, Mt. Pleasant, TX and Marcel Hawkins, Waco, TX; two bonus brothers, Matthew Dixon (Jemecca), Tyler, TX and Jamar Dotson, Dallas, TX; and a host of nephews, nieces, and other relatives and friends.
