Charles (Bellpepper) Demont Rollins was born November 25, 1980 to Marilyn J Rollins and Charles Lydia in Tyler, Texas.
He was a member of Dale Chapel Baptist Church.
Charles was a teacher with the Texarkana School District. He loved his students. He said that if he could change one childs life, then he had done his job. He loved people, his friends and family.
He was preceded in death by his great grandfather David Smith; grandparents Otis and Jessie Mae Lydia and sister Monica King.
He is survived by his mother, Marilyn J Rollins, Father Charles Lydia. Spouse, Nadia Green. One daughter Aaliyah N Rollins of Bossier City, La. One sister, Marilyn Yvonne King and three brothers, David John King, Dewayne King and Thomas L Rollins all of Tyler. A host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and lifelong friends.
He leaves a legacy of his smile, his laughter and all the love that he so graciously shared.
