On October 02, 1958, Denise Asberry graced this world with her undeniably infectious presence. She was born to the late Wardell and Corine Asberry in Dallas, Texas.

At a young age she and her family relocated to Chandler, Texas; where she received the gift of the Holy Ghost at Faith Tabernacle Church of Deliverance under the leadership of the late Apostle Jesse "Poppa" D. Hamilton Sr.

She attended and graduated from Brownsboro High School. Later, she relocated to San Antonio, Texas, where she would live most of her adult life. She attended Faith Tabernacle Community Church under the leadership of the late Pastor Jesse D. Hamilton Jr., where she served as a faithful member, prayer warrior, and Sunday School Teacher.

She sustained several different careers, her longest duration being at Wal Mart Supercenter where she was employed for more than 20 years, until retirement. During her final years, she returned home to reside in Tyler, Texas.

She is survived by her sister Etoyce Hamilton, brothers Craig and Gregg Asberry (Charlotte Asberry), nephew Jesse D. Hamilton III (Krystal Hamilton), niece Aresia Lee (Asheem Lee), Brianna Asberry, LaPearl Harris- Shaw (Turkisa Harris- Shaw), nephew Jalen Asberry, nephew Jesse D. Hamilton IV, and a host of family and friends. Denise Asberry will truly be missed.
