Edwin Justin Long was born November 21,1970 to Eddie Long Jr. and Doris Long in Orlando, Florida. Edwin was a quiet child and wonderful man respected by his family and co-workers.

As a pastime, he collected comic action figures all his life since he was eight years old.

He attended Chapel Hill High School,Tyler Junior College and U.T Tyler where he received his teacher certification. He worked at Robert E Lee High School, City of Jacksonville and was currently employed at TelePerformance Corporation.

He was preceded in death by his father, Eddie Long Jr.

He is survived by his loving and devoted mother Doris Long; one son Corey Long of Tyler,Texas;two sisters, Jackie Long of Newark,New Jersey and Beatrice Manley of Orlando, Florida. Stepmother, Evelyn Long and a host of aunts,uncles,cousins and friends.
