Mr. Eli Edward Bowman was born to the late Mr. Roy Lee Bowman and Mrs. Clytie Mae Massey Bowman on June 16, 1954 in Athens, Texas. He attended and graduated from Athens High School. Mr. Bowman was employed by the City of Athens. He was preceded in death by his parents. Mr. Bowman leaves to cherish his memories two brothers and one sister; Roy Curtis Bowman (Linda Kay) of Athens, Texas, George Davis (Demetria) of Canton, Texas and Patricia Cofer(Roy Lee) of Athens, Texas. He also leaves to cherish his memories many nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.
