Jessica K. Rodgers was born into the parentage of Andrew M. Jenkins and Kenyetta Jenkins, and biological father David Rodgers on March 1, 1989, in Chicago, Illinois.

Jessica accepted Christ into her life at a very young age where she served alongside her family for many years at Bible Way Family Baptist Church and most recently rededicated her life to Christ as a member of Behind the Veil Church Athens, Texas.

Jessica attended school in Athens, Tx, graduating highschool in 2007. Thereafter, Jessica attended TVCC Community College, Athens, Tx.

Jessica worked in various fields in Athens, Tx., where her last employment was with Maximus, Inc. Jessica loved to cook, draw and create her own design of everything. She enjoyed serving her community and participating in various programs and organizations. She will be sorely missed by all those that heard her laugh, saw her large, glowing smile.

Jessica departed this life on December 21, 2023, at her home in Athens, Tx.

Jessica leaves to mourn her children Ariyanna Batram, Averie Batram, Amani Dora, Karcen Dora, Kanaan Dora, and Kendrix Dora. Mother and Father Kenyetta, Michael (Jenkins), David (Rodgers), siblings, Jasmine, Justine, and Jeremy (Jenkins) and a host of family and friends.
