Kardinal Stephenson, 56 years old of Grand Prairie Texas

Kardinal was born in Tyler Texas to Royce and Cynthia Stephenson.

He attended Tyler ISD Schools and played sports - Orr Elementary, Boulter Middle, and John Tyler High.

He was a member of North Star Baptist Church, Tyler.

Shortly after graduating John Tyler High School in 1983, Kardinal moved to the Dallas Fort Worth area.

He graduated from DeVry Technical Institute - Irving Texas, in 1988.

Kardinal worked for North Texas Circuit Boards for about 20 years. He later obtained his CDL and began to work in the trucking/transportation industry.

Prior to his passing, he was employed by WalMart Distribution in their Transportation Division.

Kardinal enjoyed sports, traveling, cars, and motorcycles.

He was preceded in death by his father, Royce Stephenson.

Kardinal is survived by his daughter, NaTosha Ingram (Luther) of Grand Prairie; mother Cynthia Stephenson of Tyler; sister Kismet Christian of Tyler; nephew Kendrek Washington of Dallas; aunt Deborra Tittle of Dallas; two grand children; close friend John Clements of Azle, and a host of other family members and friends.
