Kelvin Warren was born August 26, 1965 to Rudolph Warren and Thelma Browning Warren. At an early age he attended Bethel Temple COGIC and as an adult he attended People's Missionary Baptist Church He graduated from John Tyler High School in 1983, and attended Tyler Jr. College.

Kelvin started his work career at Kelley Springfield Tire Companyas a tire builder; he also worked at Carrier Air Conditioning and then retired from Trane Company (Ingersoll-Rand).

He was preceded in death by his father Rudolph Warren and his maternal and paternal grandparents.

He is lovingly survived by his mother, Thelma Browning Warren; daughters Kimberly Warren and Kelvicia Warren, Princess Pettigrew and son Emmitt Pettigrew. Siblings, Kenneth Warren, Kerry Warren and Karen Warrren Lacy. Followed by a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and lifelong friends.
