Kenneth Ray Dorsey was born February 2, 1989 to Calvin and Doris Dorsey in Tyler, Texas. He was a member of Carter Temple CME Church and as a youth growing up sang in the children's choir. He attended Jones Elementary, Stewart Middle School and Robert E Lee High School and John Tyler High School.
Kenneth was a well known barber in his community and known for being a very comical guy.
Kenneth was preceded in death by his parents, Calvin and Doris Dorsey, youngest sister, Gwendolyn Dorsey.
Leaving to cherish his memories are sons: Jakirlyn Harvey, DeMarion Williams; one daughter Laila Tave (future grandson to be born in August). Brothers, Reginald Biggs, Calvin Dorsey, Cedric Dorsey; sisters, Deidre Dorsey Woodard (Fred), Courtney Dorsey (Lee). Grandmother, Magnolia Biggs. Nieces: Brenna, Kiera, Booklyn, Dawnyel, Ja'Kiya, Ryniah, Ka'Niah, La'Deja, Kennedy; Nephews: Kendrick, Kendall, Trayron, Calvin, Jr., Camerson and Javeion. 3 great nieces: Kamari, Kalaya, and Kensley. 4 great nephews: Kaiden, DeArion, Dekailan and Reggie, Jr.
Aunts: Cubbie Dorsey, Barbara Biggs, Jackie Biggs and Marilyn McLendon. Uncles, Charles Dorsey and Ronald Biggs. A host of other relatives and lifelong friends.
