Kenneth O'neal Kirk was born to the late J.C. Kirk and Corine Starks Kirk on November 15, 1960. He attended Chapel Hill High School. He was a proud graduate of the Class of 1980. He worked for many years at Jeff Buie Auto, TXU Electric Company, Frac Tech with Cudd Energy, Union Pacific and Trane Technology. Kenneth also owned his own business "Kirk's Dirt Work." Kenneth took great pride in lending a helping hand to others. Another passion he had was his love for horses. He was a very special person to many and he never met a stranger. Kenneth was well known for his skills on the grill with his famous turkey legs. He took great pride in loving his family by keeping the family reunion going. In fact he met the love of his life at his family reunion. On the 22nd of June, Kenneth and Sharhonda joined together in holy matrimony. Kenneth and Sharhonda enjoyed watching Western Shows, making each other laugh,and spending time with their children and grandchildren. Sharhonda remained faithful through illness and cared for her husband until the end.

He was preceded in death by his father and mother;J.C. Kirk and Corine Starks Kirk, one brother; Ron K. Kirk, and one sister; Jennifer K. Cooks. His grandparents John Clyde and Mammie Jenkins, and Richard and Veoda Ates Starks.

Kenneth departed his earthly home on Wednesday, November 3, 2021 and entered into his eternal resting place.

He leaves to cherish his memories a lovely wife; Sharhonda Sturns Kirk, one daughter; LOCA Kirk, and two son; Taylon Sturns and LaDarrel Sturns. A bonus son; KeAndre Goss, one brother;Don K. Kirk(Dawna). one sister; Angelia C. Kirk.Two grandchildren; Armani and Paisleigh Sturns and a host of other relatives and friends.
