Kevin Leonard McQueen was born on February 13, 1968, in Palestine, Texas to late Chester McQueen and Lorene McQueen.
At a young age he and his family relocated to Chandler, Texas from Tyler, Texas. He attended grade school in Chandler, Texas. He attended and graduated from Brownsboro High School. He attended Tyler Junior College in Tyler, Texas.
Later he relocated to Fort Worth, Texas, where he joined in marriage with Chrisettia Morgan and from this union 2 children were born, Christopher McQueen, Chassity McQueen, and 1 granddaughter, I'yhanna Dudley. After moving to Fort Worth, Texas, he met Reverend Harold Whitley, who became his dear friend and spiritual father. He attended Good Shepard Temple of Praise Baptist Church in Fort Worth, Texas.
He loved basketball and playing dominoes. He earned the name "mad dog" on the basketball court. He was a competitor and felt like there was nothing that he could not win. He worked in the Food Distribution industry for many years. He was a long-time dedicated employee at Mother Parker's Tea & Coffee Distribution Center, where he was employed as a Shift Supervisor. He was a selfless and loyal employee.
The loved ones that proceed him in death are his parents Chester McQueen and Lorene Butler Lyles; grandparents Sam and Elizabeth Butler; Aunt Sheila Butler.
