LaTarsha "Tarsha"Shenae Horton was born September 3, 1974 in Tyler, Tx to Lon Ray Horton and Alice Mumphrey-Horton. She attended Chapel Hill School graduating class of 1993. Tarsha was employed at UT Health East Texas for 22years as Unit Secretary.

Tarsha was a faithful member of Zion Temple Tyler Apostolic church she enjoyed shopping, traveling, helping others, and being with her friends/family.

She leaves to cherish in memory her parents Lon Ray Horton/Alice M Mumphrey-Horton, two beloved sons Londreyus D Johnson, Decorian M. Horton , three beautiful grandchildren she love so dearly (Zadia Horton, Brielle Johnson Londreyus Johnson Jr.) two nieces(Precious Henry, Meya Phillips)one nephew(Jeremiah Henry)her only sister LaQuita Cashell Horton "Shell", three best friends(Regina Hicks, Willie Phillips, Felica Jackson)and a host of loving extended family, uncles/aunts, cousins, friends.
