Linda Ruth Lilly was born on May 8, 1955 in Dallas, Texas to the parentage of Freddie Lawrence Webb and Lula Mae Webb. Both parents preceded her in death.

After moving to Tyler, she attended local school and was a graduate of John Tyler High School. Linda was a school bus driver for Tyler ISD for many years.

She married Paul Gene Lilly and to this union three children were born, Sharon, Marcus and Mark.

She was also preceded in death by daughter, Sharon and son Mark; brother, Lawrence Webb and David Webb; sister Freddie Mae Simpson.

She leaves as survivors a loving and devoted son, Marcus J.Lilly; two sisters, Bonnie Phillips, LaFrancis Griffith; brothers, Kenneth Webb, Steven Webb and Haywood Webb.

Two grandchildren and two great-grandchildren; a host of other relatives and friends.
