Ms. Mary "Francis" Kennedy was born February 8, 1946 to the parentage of Mr. Kennedy and Pearl Lue Donnell in Jacksonville, Texas. She attended school in Jacksonville ISD and worked as a domestic engineer.

Mary was preceded in death by her parents, stepfather; Johnnie Jefferson,4 brothers; Baby Dennis, Whythetis Yarbrough, Charles Dennis, and Elroy Kellum, one sister; Dorothy Dennis, and one daughter; Phyllis Jean Wallace.

She leaves to cherish her precious memories, daughter; Dorothy Kennedy-Wilson,  son; Cedric Colquitt(Sharon), granchildren; Alicia Kennedy,Chad Wilson, Vivian Wilson Bluett, Darius Washington, Ashley Washington Patrick, and Shamica Washington, nieces; Linda Dennis-Williams, and Kay Kay Magee. Great nieces & great nephews; Luequetta Kelly, Cuitasia Williams, Diajani Williams, Joseph Williams, Ashley Hill, Tiffany Hill, Derrick Hill, Jr., longtime companion;Sam Folks and a host of other relatives and friends.
