Nathaniel Lee, Sr. was born to Mr. Henry Lee and Mary Jones Lee on July 24, 1932 in Smith County, Texas.  He attended local schools and was a graduate of Emmett School High.  He also attended Texas College.  Nathaniel then served his country by enlisting into the U S Army serving in the Korean War.

Nathaniel married the love of his life Margie Evans and this union lasted for 66 years.  He and his family were members of the Seventh Day Adventist Church.

Nathaniel was a trade auto mechanic and loved tinkering with autos.  He also loved family gatherings and bible study.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Henry and Mary Lee; daughter Cynthia Lee, sister Mary Susan Moore and brothers, Matthew Lee and Tony Lee.

He leaves to cherish many memories, a loving and devoted wife Margie Evans Lee; Sons Fredrick Lee (Cookie), Timothy Lee, Marcus Lee and Elder Nathaniel Lee, Jr. (Belinda).  Daughter Jacqueline Love.  Three brothers Charles Lee, Bruce Lee and McArthur Lee.  13 grandchildren 18 great grandchildren and 3 great-great children.  Many other loving relatives and friends.
