Funeral services for Nora Coleman Whitmill of Tyler are scheduled for Saturday, May 25, 2019 11:00 am at the Ernest S. Sterling Memorial Chapel, Brooks Sterling & Garrett Funeral Home with Rev. Curtis Durham presiding. Interment will be held in Olivers Chapel Cemetery under the direction of Brooks Sterling & Garrett Funerals and Cremations. Nora Coleman Whitmill was born January 4, 1953 to Tim "Stoney" Coleman, Jr. and Isabel Jackson Coleman in Tyler, Texas. She attended local schools and was a graduate of Robert E. Lee High School. Ms. Whitmill retired from Rex-Hide Dynamics after 25 years. She enjoyed playing softball, watching the Dallas Cowboys and spending time with her family. She was preceded in death by her parents and three sisters. She leaves to cherish her memory, three children; Reginald Whitmill, Deana Coleman and Teresa Starling. Brother Leon Coleman, three grandchildren, a host of nieces, nephews other relatives and friends.
