transferred within Tyler ISD to work at John Tyler High School as an Attendance Clerk for several years and was
later promoted to the position of secretary to the principal. Patricia later returned to Griffin Elementary as the
school secretary. After more than 20 years of service she retired from Tyler ISD. Before and after her retirement
Patricia was an avid supporter of all John Tyler Sports. Patricia attended most sporting events and "coached,
cheered and officiated from the stands". While employed at Tyler ISD Patricia also worked for Foley's Department
