Mr. Robert LeRoy Anderson was born on June 14, 1948 in LaRue,Texas to the late James and Ella Williams Anderson.

Upon graduating from Central High School. Robert attended college in Shawnee Oklahoma and later Langston University. He also served in the United States Marines. He was employed at Fred Jones Ford for many years as their top salesman.

He confessed his faith at an early age and became a member of Lone Star Baptist Church.

Robert is survived by two sons, Robert Anderson, II wife and two children of Germany, Donte Anderson of Oklahoma City, three sister, Margaret Anderson Cumby (Mack) of DeSoto, Texas, Linda Anderson Dews (Rev. Charles) of Tyler, Texas and Dian Badger (Michael) of DeSoto, Texas. Two nieces and three nephews. He is also survived by two aunts, Mrs. Vivian Hart of Dallas and Mrs. Emma J. Smith of Houston, Texas, Three uncles, Mr. Grover Anderson of LaRue, Texas, Mr. Richard Williams of Athens, Texas and Mr. Cleve Anderson of Houston, Texas along with a host cousins, family and friends.
