Robert Lee Jordan Sr. was born March 24, 1944 in Cherokee Co unty to Bur nett Jordan and Bessie Mae Tilley-Fields/J.T . Fields. He accepted Christ as his Lord and Savior and united with N ew D ay s C ommunity C hurch/ Bethel Bible Hope C hurch .
He graduated from Emmitt Scott High School and attended at Texas college. Shortly after that he joined the Army where he was H onorable D ischarge . He retired as a truck driver from Su gar C ane Growers C orpora tion in Belle Glade, Florida after 25 years and work 12 years at the L ighthouse of T he B lind in Tyler , Texas .
Proceeding h im in death are his parents Burnett Jordan and
Bessie Mae Fi elds / J . T . F ields . H i s kids T erry Dwayne Jordan and V ertrice Jordan .
On April 11, 2020 Robert Lee Jordan Sr dep a rted t his life at the age of 76 leaving to cherish his memories are his S on s: Robert Jordan Jr of ( Kansas City , Missouri ) . Vert rick (Melissa) Jordan , Frederick (Michelle) Jordan and Tristan Jordan all of Tyler, Texas . Daug thers : Pamela , Robernetta, Chandra J ordan all of Tyler, Texas and Stephanie Jordan ( Pahokee,Florida ) . Th irty grandchildren, many great-grandchildren , a host of nephews and nieces . Brothers: Walter J . Fields (Thresha) , Wayne T.Fiel ds ( Linda) and Ronald A. Fields (Rowena) . Sisters: Frances Jordan- Johnson , Lula M.Fi elds( Morris) and Sandra Fields.
