On July 29, 1979, a bouncing baby boy was born to the parentsof Tommy Dyer Sr. and Iva Dyer and of course he would be named Tommy Ray Dyer II "Bucky".

Tommy received his education through Tyler Independent School District, while in high school he would learn a trade of cutting hair which he loved, and the homies called it Tommy's Tight Fades.  He would often make us late for date night because he had just one more head to cut Later on, in his senior year of high school he moved to San Antonio, TX and graduated from Sam Houston high school class of 1998. After high school he worked several different jobs until becoming a truck driver.  He also had a passion for music, reading books, cooking and he loved family time.

He is proceeded in death by his mother Iva Starr, grandmothers Cassie Mae Starr and Bennie Frank Dyer, grandfather Ivan J. Starr, father-in-law Robert Turner and one of his best friend's David Thompson.

He leaves his memories to his wife Lucita M. Dyer, his son Tommy Ray Dyer III and his grandson Ky Ray Dyer who loved his Papa II.

His father Tommy Dyer Sr., sister Jamillah Hampton, sister Kelly Dyer, brother Ivan Dyer, mother-in-law Janet Turner, brother in laws, Anton Turner, Erick Turner (Sherilyn), sister in laws, Damesha Turner, Robbie Cooper (Jarod). Best friends Jay Taylor, James Mobley, God daughter Tiffany Walton and a host of nieces and nephews.
