IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Valarie Michaele
Hudson
August 11, 1958 – December 15, 2025
Her Life Journey
Valarie had a deep passion for creativity and family. She loved writing poetry, singing, sewing, and decorating. Inspired by a dream to become a designer and even to model in the mid-80s, Valarie ultimately chose to dedicate herself to raising her children.
She was a proud graduate of Dunbar High School and pursued a range of interests, including cosmetology, gymnastics, and tennis.
A talented singer, Valarie sang in the choir and competed in the North Texas State Musical. She also composed and arranged music from the early '70s through the late '90s.
Valarie gave her life to Christ at a young age at Sunrise Church of God in Christ in Fort Worth, TX, and cherished her faith. Her favorite gospel song was Never Alone by Walter Hawkins.
