Vickie Lynn
Clement
Oct 6, 1956 — Jun 4, 2026
Vickie Lynn Hall Clement of Tyler, TX, 69, departed this life on Wednesday, June 4, 2026. Vickie was born on October 6, 1956 to Paul Hall, Sr., and Eunice Muse Hall as the youngest to three children.
Vickie attended John Tyler High School, graduating in 1975. She continued her education at Tyler Junior College in 1976, where she later earned her Associate’s degree. From an early age, Vickie was recognized for her remarkable creativity and natural artistic talent, particularly in floral design. She found immense joy in creating beautiful floral arrangements, decorating weddings, and designing homecoming mums. Her passion and gift for floral artistry even led her to operate her own floral arrangement business for a time. Professionally, Vickie faithfully dedicated more than 40 years of service to the Texas Attorney General’s Office before retiring in 2018.
Vickie deeply cherished her friendships and treasured the time spent traveling, laughing, and creating memories with her closest friends. Their bond was so special that they affectionately named themselves “The Mahogany Essence Society.”
She was actively involved in her community and was a proud member of the Women in Tyler organization. Vickie was also a devoted lifelong member of Miles Chapel CME Church, where she faithfully served in many capacities throughout the years. She helped decorate the church for Christmas programs, prepared announcements, delivered the call to worship, and presented resolutions. She was also a devoted and proud member of The Miles Bunch – Wonder Women’s Ministry, where she remained active and faithful until her passing.
Vickie is survived by her two brothers: Paul Hall Jr., Tyler, TX; and Donald Hall (Rhonda) Oakleaf Plantation, FL.
Children: Andrey Clement (Vanessa), Waller, TX and Courtney Hardy (Eric), The Woodlands, TX.
Grandchildren: Kennedy Clement, Matthew Clement, William Clement, Colton Hardy, and Laila Hardy.
