Mr. Willie Lee Massey was born February 9,1945 to Elihue Massey and Mary Nella Rhinehart Massey in Athens,Texas. He was proceeded in death by both his parents, younger daughter Mary Denise Massey and one sister, Clytie Mae Bowman.

Mr. Massey attended New Life Baptist Church at an early age. He attended local schools and Fisher High School. Willie was a maintenance supervisor for Henderson County and retired after 23 years of service.

"Brownie" is survived by his wife Mary Cofer Massey; children Jason Cofer (LaQuita), Anthony Cofer (Nancy) and Felecia Cofer (Bryan). Three sisters, Annie Nell, Lynda JoAnn Andrews and Ceritha Cook (Melvin); One brother, Eddie J Massey Sr.(Edna). He also leaves eight grandchildren, three great grandchildren, and two aunts and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and lifelong friends.
